PARSLEY SCRAMBLED EGGS 
4 eggs
4 tbsp. cream or rich milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. chopped parsley

Combine eggs, cream and salt. Beat until fluffy; add parsley. Cook in heavy frying pan over moderate heat until done. Turn once. For variety add 1/2 cup grated sharp cheese after turning. Serve at once.
