JELLO FLUFF 
1 (3 oz.) box Jello
1 c. very hot water
Vanilla ice cream

In blender, put 1 (3 ounce) box Jello and 1 cup very hot water and blend until dissolved and foamy. While blender is running on a slow speed - add 1 spoon of vanilla ice cream at a time until it begins to firm. Pour into parfait glasses or small bowl. Set in refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
