1 sm pkg. Jello, pick your own flavor
1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. boiling water

Dissolve Jello with boiling water and add to the softened ice cream. Blend well and place in refrigerator. The mixture takes about 2 hours to set. Remember do not place the mixture in the freezer. Serves 4-6.

NOTE: I prefer lime, strawberry, raspberry, or orange Jello. Strawberry ice cream may be substituted when using strawberry Jello.
