TURKEY-BROCCOLI PATTIES 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 lb. fresh raw ground turkey
1/2 c. soft whole wheat bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground white pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
Mustard Sauce

Drain thawed broccoli and pat dry with paper towels. Finely chop broccoli and set aside.

Combine broccoli, turkey and next 4 ingredients; stir well. Shape turkey mixture into 6 patties. Place patties on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered at 425 degrees for 12 to 13 minutes on each side or until done. Transfer patties to a serving platter. Spread 1 tablespoon Mustard Sauce over each patty. Yield: 6 servings.
