HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika

Brown ground beef with chopped onion. Cook until onion is tender and stir to separate meat. Add mushroom soup, sour cream and paprika. Salt and pepper to taste.

Simmer 5 minutes and serve over cooked noodles. May be put in buttered casserole and baked in oven at 350 degrees until brown. Serves 4.
