CORN BREAD 
1 egg, beaten
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. self-rising flour
3/4 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Beat egg and milk with wire whisk. Add dry ingredients all at once with butter. Pour immediately into greased 8 inch square pan. Bake in 400 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes (until browned).
