FRENCH TOAST 
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 slices bread

In a shallow dish, beat together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until well blended. Heat a buttered skillet (1 tablespoon butter) over medium heat until just hot enough to sizzle a drop of water. One slice at a time, drop bread in egg mixture. Place bread in hot pan. Cook on both sides about 4 minutes on each side or until brown and no eggs remain.
