JACKIE'S EASY CHILE CON QUESO 
This Chile Con Queso has gotten me so many compliments. Trust me, its delicious!!! Great for potlucks cookouts and parties.

1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (the secret ingredient nobody can ever figure out!)
1 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
5-10 jalapenos (depending on how spicy you like it)
1 tomato
1 onion
1/4 to 1/2 cup milk (depending on desired consistency)

In Crock-Pot on HIGH add cubed Velveeta cheese, cream of mushroom and milk. Chop onion, jalapenos and tomato into very small pieces (I usually use a chopper). Add to Crock-Pot and stir occasionally.
