BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
4 lbs. spare ribs
2 onions, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard

Place ribs in baking pan. Roast in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Pour off fat. Top ribs with onion and lemon slices. Combine remaining ingredients and simmer. Reduce oven to 350 degrees and roast ribs 1 1/4 hours more, basting with sauce every 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
