BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and garlic powder. Place in roasting pan or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven until brown on both sides. Drain off some of the grease. Pour one pint barbecue sauce over ribs and continue baking. Baste or turn ribs over every 15 minutes until meat is tender.
