BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. country ribs
2/3 c. catsup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. orange juice
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, minced
Orange slices, optional

Broil ribs on all sides until brown. Arrange ribs in 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine all ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over ribs.

Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until sauce is thick and some is absorbed by meat. Baste every 15 to 20 minutes. Bake uncovered. Garnish with orange slices.
