APPLE CRUNCH SALAD 
2 pkg. (3 oz.) or 1 pkg. (6 oz.) strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water & 1 1/2 c. apple juice
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add cold apple juice and cinnamon. Chill. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Let congeal.
