MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE 
2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter, softened
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 1/3 c. coconut
Marshmallow cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream sugar and butter together. Add eggs and beat. Add flour, cocoa, and salt together. Add to creamed mixture. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Melt marshmallow cream on hot cake, spread thinly. Ice.

MISSISSIPPI MUD CAKE ICING:

1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter, softened
1/3 sm. can condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift sugar with cocoa. Mix with milk and vanilla and softened butter. Add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
