POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
1 1/2 pkgs. instant butterscotch pudding mix (dry)
4 eggs
1 oz. poppy seeds
1 c. water
1/2 c. oil

Use a bundt pan or 2 small loaf pans. Mix all ingredients together and put into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-65 minutes. You may turn oven lower and bake longer if you wish. Test with toothpick. Very moist and delicious! 10-12 servings.
