TUNA FISH CASSEROLE | |
4 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. flour 2 c. milk 1 egg 1 tsp. ground mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish 1 sm. can peas 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs Make white sauce of butter, flour, and milk. Remove from range and beat in egg, ground mustard, salt, and pepper. Add tuna fish, peas, and 1/2 of bread crumbs. Pour into greased casserole and sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour. Yield 6 servings. Very good and simple to make. |
