GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
1 sm. onion
1 sm. jar pimientos
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can celery soup
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Drain green beans. Put in bowl, chop onions well. Mix together first 6 ingredients. Pour in a 10"x13" casserole dish. Melt butter, crumble crackers. Add crackers and melted butter together until all crackers are moist. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
