TRACY'S PARMESAN ROLLS 
1 1/4 c. hot water
1 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. olive oil

In large bowl sprinkle yeast over water. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add olive oil and flour until a soft ball forms. Add cheese, and knead for 5 minutes, adding more flour if necessary. Let rise for 2 hours. Make 12 rolls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 20 minutes, or until lightly golden.
