CUCUMBER SOUP 
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled & blended with
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. warm water
3 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. chives or scallions
1/4 tsp. powdered beef bouillon

Mix all ingredients in blender and chill. Makes 1 quart.
