THE CHOCOLATE CAKE #2 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. milk
1 c. hot coffee

Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk. Beat like crazy, then add hot coffee. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in tube pan.

FROSTING:

1 pkg. instant chocolate or vanilla pudding
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Beat slowly one minute before stirring in Cool Whip. Frost and store in refrigerator.
