SOUR CREAM COFFEECAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

TOPPING/FILLING:

1 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Grease and flour a tube pan. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs. Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt.

Place 1/2 batter in greased pan. Sprinkle with Topping mixture. Put in rest of batter and top once again.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes to cool and turn out onto serving dish.
