MEXICAN HOT BEAN SPREAD 
1 can refried beans (try different bean combinations, plain, meat, hot and mild, etc.)
1 whipped cream cheese
1/2 c. ripe olives, cut in circles
1/2 c. grated cheese (try different ones, Swiss, cheddar, etc.)

Spread beans in bottom of lightly greased 1 quart casserole, use half of olives, spread over beans, spread room temperature, cream cheese on this. Add rest of olives and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm with nacho chips.
