MEXICAN SPREAD 
2 cans refried beans, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 sm. can sliced pitted black olives
2 c. cheddar cheese

1. Spread beans in casserole dish.

2. Mix avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper; spread on beans.

3. Mix sour cream and seasoning mix. Add next.

4. Layer onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Serve with tostadoes.
