7 c. apples (cooked and run through colander)
1 box Sure-Jell
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
9 c. sugar

Mix apples, Sure-Jell and spices. Bring to a hard boil. Add sugar. Bring to a hard rolling boil (boil that cannot be stirred down). Boil 1 minute. Pour in jars and seal.
