PEANUT RAISIN PIE 
1 (8 inch) pie crust
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. dark corn syrup
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of ground cloves
1 tsp. white vinegar
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. chopped peanuts
Whip cream or ice cream

In medium bowl beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar, syrup, butter, salt, vanilla, cloves and vinegar and best thoroughly until blended. Stir in raisins and peanuts. Turn into pastry shell.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until firm. Serve slightly warm or cool with whipped cream or ice cream.
