CHOPPED PEAR CAKE 
3 egg whites
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped pears
1 c. chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs; add sugar, vanilla and oil. Beat well and add flour, salt, soda, and cinnamon. Beat well until batter is stiff. Add pecans and pears. Pour into greased and floured bread pan. Bake 60 to 80 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
