SPINACH CASSEROLE 
7 burrito size tortillas, cut to fit baking dish or use round dish
3 pkgs. frozen spinach, cooked & well drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. Parmesan
1 can mushroom soup
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin or grated

Combine spinach and cream cheese. Add Parmesan. Grease baking dish. Put 3 tortillas on bottom. Spread 1/3 spinach mixture on tortillas. Spread 1/3 can soup on spinach. Put 1/3 Mozzarella on soup. Put 2 tortillas on Mozzarella and repeat procedure 2 more times ending with Mozzarella. Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees, uncovered until cheese is melted and begins to brown on edges.

Can be made ahead and frozen or refrigerated before baking (will take longer to bake).
