SPINACH BURRITO 
2 bunches spinach
16 oz. mushrooms
2 big onions
4 flour tortillas
Cheddar cheese, shredded

Saute onion, spinach and mushrooms, separately. Then mix together. Cook it for five more minutes. Put all the mix inside the flour tortillas. Add shredded cheese on top of it. Microwave until cheese melts. Dish can be served with tortilla chips and tortilla sauce.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
