RED BEANS 
1 lb. red beans
3 med. onions, chopped
2 bell peppers, chopped
1/2 sm. bunch celery, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Honey to taste
1 lb. hot smoked sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
Tabasco to taste

Soak red beans overnight. Wash and cover with water in a large, heavy pot. Bring to a boil, then simmer 30 minutes.
