SAUCY BEANS AND RICE 
1 pkg. (3 or 4) mild or hot long sausage
2 cans New Orleans, style red beans
1 lg. jar thick and zesty tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. hot water, rice cooked

Heat sausage (sliced) beans, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 30 minutes (sliced green pepper is also good to add to this mixture). Pour over cooked rice.

Serves 6-8.
