SALMON PIE 
3 med. potatoes, cooked and drained
1 med. raw onion, chopped finely
Dough for 2-crust pie
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper
1 lg. can salmon with skin removed

Mash potatoes with juice from salmon. Add egg, onion, salmon, salt and pepper. Pour into bottom crust of 9-inch pie. Moisten edges. Cover with top crust and seal. Bake at 425 degrees for 45 minutes.
