CREAMED CHICKEN OVER RICE 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken
1/2 c. flour
1 qt. water
3 sticks celery
Salt & pepper to taste
3 c. rice

Cook chicken in water until tender. Pick the meat off the bones and cut up in pieces. Reserve 1 quart water used to cook chicken for sauce. Combine water, flour, celery and spices. Cook 30 minutes or until thickened. Add chicken pieces. Cook rice and serve chicken over it.
