SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1/2 env. Lipton onion soup mix
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together. Shape into oval patties. Dredge in flour and brown. Arrange browned steaks in a greased baking dish. Mix 1 can of Golden mushroom soup with 1/2 can of water. Pour over steaks. Bake (covered) for about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
