CHOCOLATE CREAM DREAM 
FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. milk chocolate pieces, melted
1/4 c. water
1 env. unflavored gelatin
2 c. whipped cream

CRUST:

1 1/2 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1/3 c. melted butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine wafers and butter and press into bottom of 9 inch springform pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.

In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Beat in melted chocolate; set aside. Pour water into small saucepan and sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand one minute. Cook over low heat, stirring, until gelatin is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes. With mixer running, slowly pour gelatin into chocolate mixture. Fold in 1 cup of the whipped cream. Pour mixture into prepared crust. Chill until firm. When serving, top with 1 cup whipped cream. Makes 8 servings.
