PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lg. onion sliced into rings
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can warmed milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Sm. amount oil for frying

Salt and pepper pork chops. Heat oil in a skillet and brown chops on both sides. Remove chops to a baking dish. Top with sliced potato and onion rings. Drop soup by spoonfuls over chops/potato/onion mixture. Pour can of warm milk over all. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
