PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 onion, chopped or sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
Potatoes, sliced (4 lg. depending)
Salt (pinch)
Pepper (pinch)

Brown pork chops to remove fat and grease. In a covered casserole dish or pan put a layer of potatoes, add some onion and pepper. Repeat until dish is about full, leaving room for pork chops to be put on top. Add cream of mushroom soup. Bake at 350 degrees until potatoes and pork chops are done. If mushroom soup seems too thin, add another can of mushroom soup and if soup seems to thicken you can add a little milk.
