PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
2 cans consomme
2 c. instant rice
Chopped bell pepper

Mix instant uncooked rice, consomme and chopped bell pepper. Place in casserole dish. Brown pork chops, season with salt and pepper and place on top of rice mixture in dish. Cover dish tightly with foil or snug fitting lid and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pork chops will be moist and rice will be moist as well.
