GRANDMA'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops
8 to 10 med. potatoes
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 med. onion
1 can peas & pearls or plain peas

Use a rectangular baking dish; place the oil in bottom of pan, just enough to cover bottom of pan lightly. Then cut up the potatoes into steak fries; cut and spread these over all the oil. Add your seasonings and pepper now. Add the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour; remove from oven and add 1 can of peas and pearls or just peas (drained) with the potatoes and pork chops and bake for a few more minutes just to heat the peas thoroughly. Now you've got your meat, potatoes, and vegetable all in one dish.
