CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 frying chicken, whole
1 lg. onion, diced
5 potatoes, diced
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Lots of water

Boil chicken, salt, pepper, and onions until chicken falls off the bones. Take chicken out of water, remove skin and debone, put meat back in the broth and add potatoes. When potatoes are almost done add pot pie (dough).

DOUGH:

Flour
Water
Salt to taste

Mix into a dough, roll out and cut into squares, flour real good.

Add pot pie dough when potatoes are almost done; water must be boiling. Put on simmer for 15 minutes; after 15 minutes is up, stir. Ready to eat.

Note: Can add carrots, celery, peas, corn, any vegetable you like. Feel free to experiment.
