1 lb. fresh spinach 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped 6 mushrooms, sliced thin Cooked bacon, crumbled Italian Salad Dressing Wash and remove stems from spinach. Pat dry with paper towel. Add eggs and mushrooms. Just before serving mix in Italian salad dressing. Sprinkle top with bacon. | |
