FROSTED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (4 serving) size pkg. lemon Jello
1 (4 serving) size pkg. orange Jello
Juice of 1 lemon
1 (1 lb.) can pineapple chunks and juice
2 bananas, sliced
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)

Dissolve both packages of Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 1/2 cups cold water and lemon juice. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Then add pineapple chunks (drain juice and reserve), bananas and marshmallows. Return to refrigerator until firm.

In small saucepan, mix egg, sugar, flour and reserved pineapple juice. Cook until thickened. Add butter, cool. When cool, blend thickened mixture with Cool Whip. Spread over firm Jello. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired.
