CORN BREAD STUFFING 
1 lg. pan corn bread
3 onions
2 green peppers
6 stalks of celery
6 eggs
2 tbsp. butter

Crumble corn bread. Saute' onions, green pepper, and celery in butter. Combine corn bread, onions, peppers, celery and eggs.

Use to stuff fish, veal or chicken, or make in small ball and fry in butter.
