LEMON CAKE - CREAM CHEESE ICING 
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. lemon flavoring (1 tbsp. cake & 1 tbsp. icing)
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix cake mix according to directions on box substituting butter for oil, and adding 1 tablespoon lemon flavoring. Pour into sheet pan or bundt pan and bake according to directions on box.

While cake bakes, cream together cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon flavoring.

Remove cake from oven, cool, 10 minutes, then frost while cake is warm. Cover immediately and let sit for a while.
