COUNTRY SIDE CHICKEN 
3 chicken breasts, cut in half
Salt and pepper
Paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chicken broth

Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika. Brown chicken in butter. Push chicken to one side of skillet; add celery. Stir in soup, mayonnaise, and broth. Bring to a boil. cover and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
