BEEF TENDERLOIN 
3-4 lb. tenderloin

Marinate 24-48 hours in: 1 lg. bottle Lee-Perrin's Worcestershire sauce

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Baste with marinade every 15 minutes. Cover with foil. Rub with butter. Sprinkle with real pepper.
