CRISPY WAFFLES 
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. salad oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder

Combine egg yolks, milk, oil, sugar and salt. Add flour and baking powder. Blend smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold together whites and blended ingredients. Makes three 9 inch waffles.
