4 c. water
5 1/3 c. instant potato flakes
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped green onion

Mix potatoes according to directions on package. Add remaining ingredients and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 15 servings.
