MEAT AND POTATO DINNER 
1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1 lg. egg
2 tbsp. flour
1 med. potato, grated
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 onion, chopped

Mix well and form into patties. 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can of water 1 tbsp. vegetable oil or spray coating

Heat oil or spray coating in bottom of a Dutch oven. Brown meat patties in hot oil. Place sliced potatoes on top of browned meat patties. Mix mushroom soup and the 1/2 can of water and pour over the top. Cover, bring to a boil, turn heat to medium low and simmer 30-40 minutes or until potatoes test done with a fork.
