HEAVENLY SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lg. crushed garlic clove or equivalent garlic powder
28 oz. can tomato sauce
1 tsp. Accent
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano

Brown beef, onions and garlic. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 hour, uncovered, stirring occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
