SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrot, cauliflower combo, thawed & drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee French Fried Onions

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into 1 quart casserole.

Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake 5 minutes longer. Or microwave, covered 8 minutes on high, turn at 4 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Cook on high uncovered 1 minute or until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
