ESCALLOPED OYSTERS 
2 (8 oz.) cans oysters
1/2 c. butter
2 c. cracker crumbs
Pinch of monosodium glutamate
2 eggs
2 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Cut oysters in half. Save liquid to add to casserole. Grease casserole thoroughly. Mix cracker crumbs and drained oysters in casserole. Add seasoning. Mix eggs, oyster liquid and milk. Pour over mixture. Dot with butter. Set casserole in pan of water. Bake at 325 degrees or until set (about 40 minutes).
